2. User Agreement
1. Definition:
- Product inspection is the inspection and evaluation of the supplier's actual product (NCC) with the product displayed on the website and the criteria or requirements that the customer selects in the order on the website.
- This is a service without coercion, the customer has the right to use or not use the goods inspection service. If you want to cancel the check-in service, you can uncheck it before submitting your order.
2. Inspection fee
- Free refund when the customer receives the goods has the right to ask to check the goods before paying.
3. Rules:
Once the customer receives the goods from the Amorashop staff or the delivery staff, the customer has the right to ask to inspect the goods before receiving the goods and making payment.
In the event that the goods are not according to the description, pictures and defects, the customer has the right not to receive the goods and not to pay any fees. If the customer has a deposit, please contact the hotline 0901.404.900 for assistance regarding the refund procedure within 3-7 working days.
In the second case, the Store will not be responsible for compensation for product damage or defects.
