3. Refund Policy
1. Return policy: Products can be returned within 03 (three) days for urban areas; 07 (seven) days for suburban and provincial areas from the date the customer receives the goods; In particular, the following applies:

- Products with technical defects caused by the manufacturer, the product does not operate according to the functions described by the manufacturer.
- Products damaged, broken, defective during transportation
- Product not according to specifications, incorrect information about the product, color, type, product code....according to the order.
- The product does not have components and accessories as announced by the manufacturer.
2. Return conditions:

- Exchanged products must have original warranty card and shipping bill of lading
- Product still in original condition, with product code and label attached.
3. If you do not accept the return of goods:

- The customer wants to change the type and model but does not notify in advance
- Product failure caused by incorrect operation by the customer.
- The customer does not comply with the requirements as required to enjoy the warranty
- Customers do not use the product as needed, do not read the instructions before use
- After receiving the Certificate of Condition with the contents of damaged goods due to technical errors that cannot be repaired immediately, the exchange will be made according to the rules.
- The processing time for the exchange or return procedure is done within 07 (seven) days from the date Amorashop receives all information and documents as specified from the customer.
